Held from June 6 - 10 in Indianapolis, the 85th NALG Tournament was chaired by Sid Miner and assisted by his wife, Keli Miner. The entire week was beautifully planned and ran perfectly! This event was originally scheduled for June 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic was cancelled ... so was really planned twice. The lefties are grateful for the leadership of Sid and Keli.
The event started with the Welcoming Reception at the Renaissance Marriott in Carmel, IN with 60 in attendance. A wonderful Prime Rib dinner was served and sponsors were honored.
The tournament was played over four days: Broadmoor Country Club was the host course on Monday and Thursday; the Fort was played on Tuesday with a morning rain delay; the Bear Slide was played on Wednesday.
Twenty spouses and guests were able to visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Wednesday. The museum, "Kiss the Bricks" and a ride around the track were part of a fantastic "trip". Lunch was served at the IMS. The final stop was the Conner Prairie in Fishers, IN.
The Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held at the Broadmoor Country Club. Thanks to all participants, sponsors, and the organizers of this tournament.
